Project consists of Phase 1 of the re-development of Walsh Park, comprising the construction of a new uncovered 3,404 seated Northern Stand and the refurbishment of the existing Southern Stand to include re-roofing, modifications to the tiers/walkways, new seating, a new press area and refurbishment of the existing toilets. Including widening of the exiting playing pitch and the installation of irrigation enabling siteworks.
MGM are currently acting as Independent Project Monitoring Surveyors on the Phase 1 re-development .
