Capital Allowance Calculators

MGM Partnership can calculate your capital allowances on your expenditure relating to your particular building. This allows you, as a Client, to deduct a portion of these costs from your taxable profits and accordingly reduce your tax bill.

Contractual Claims

On projects where we have not been involved as a Design Team member, MGM Partnership can provide an in-depth analysis of any construction related claims for any third party.

This can include assessment of works completed, assessment of final accounts, assessment of costs associated with remedying defects, evaluation of contractual claims, evaluation of extension of time claims and loss of profit and all associated contractual claims.

With our extensive knowledge of standard and bespoke contract conditions we can advise on all aspects of contractual claims and defend same for the relevant party.

At the initial feasibility stage of a development MGM Partnership advise on broad cost implications such as site suitability, building position on site and economic design solutions.

An agreed budget can then be established based on the preliminary design information available and this budget becomes the benchmark for the project as the design develops.

We also frequently review anticipated revenues for the development in conjunction with relevant personnel to assess the overall feasibility. In carrying out this initial feasibility study the viability of the development can be established with a minimal outlay from the Client.
