Description

Consisting of the demolition of existing industrial and commercial units and the construction of currently c. 160 apartments and refurbishment of existing protected structure. A community facility and retail unit will also be provided within the scheme. 

Part of the development lands are in the ownership of Dublin City Council. An agreement is in place between Seabren Developments, DCC, and Circle (Approved Housing Body) for the use of this land, the construction of the units and the sale of same directly to the approved housing body. This project is currently at  post planning stage.
