Design & build project for Dalata Hotel Group – MGM were Project Managers for the delivery of this 187-bedroom hotel in Dublin City Centre. Procured on a D&B basis, utilising a bespoke JCT D&B contract amended to reflect Client requirements. This contract was delivered on time and on budget, phase 1 opening pre-Christmas 2018 with final phase completed in February 2019.
