This project consisted of the construction of a 144 bed nursing home including all services, commercial kitchen, basement, alarms and associated siteworks. MGM Partnership provided Quantity Surveying Services to both the Developer and the Main Contractor on this partnering project, including liaison with project funders and monitors . The project was completed in 2021.
