The initial project scope was 54 no. residential dwellings consisting of 6 no. 4 bed semi detached unit (type A), 1 no. 4 bed detached unit (type A1) 35 no. 3 bed terraced/end of terrace units (types B & C) and 12 no. 3 bed duplex units (type D). Permission was also granted for 126 no. car parking spaces, associated landscaping, play areas, bicycle parking, drainage and associated site works.
