MGM Partnership were engaged as client Employer Representative on this recently completed project (July 2022).
A 23-unit, new build scheme, comprising semi-detached and terraced houses on a greenfield site.
The site itself was bounded on two sides by public roads and on the other two sides by existing residential developments.
MGM provided full client Employer Representative Services on the development with associated demolition and siteworks.
